Expansion to the 5th continent - MOBA AG acquires MCE LASERS

It is a pleasure to inform you about our most recent company news: From the 17^th of September, we will be operating as MOBA Australia. As the newest member of the global MOBA Group, we are thus expanding our service and support network to the fifth continent!

In the scope of restructuring, we would like to thank Zoran and Sylvia for their great work and engagement for the last 40 years. We wish them all the best for their well-deserved retirement! For the rest of the crew, the motto remains for now: business as usual. With Daniel Ramondetta in the position as Managing Director, the company’s No. 1 priority still is customer service and support while growing market shares in the machine control sector.

As Australia’s leading provider and manufacturer of high-end laser alignment technology, MCE Lasers has successfully established market-oriented, robust technologies for the last 35 years. The acquisition by MOBA is the logical consequence of our close collaboration since the early 90’s. It enables us to merge our know-how while expanding the local orientation into a broader, international approach.

It is the combination of state-of-the-art laser technologies and 2D/3D machine control expertise with a special focus on GNSS that characterises our premium products. From now on, construction sites all over Australia and New Zealand profit from proven and over the years refined technologies along with a committed, experienced service. The variety of our selected application portfolio does not leave any wishes unfulfilled in harsh environments – neither in the paving, mining, agriculture or earthmoving industry.
