MCE Lasers exhibiting at Bauma Munich, Germany 2010

At Bauma 2010, MCE Lasers will be displaying their complete range of laser levels, machine control, pipe-laying lasers, tunnel lasers and measuring instruments. The MCE product suite, with its Australian heritage, has been perfected for precise laser alignment in harsh operating environments.

The Bauma 2010 exhibition also marks the launch of a new MCE Lasers brand – the ROTEC range. The ROTEC range of precision rotary laser levels has been specially developed for use in building, construction area, concreting, and plastering suspended ceilings installation .

Three ROTEC models are being launched at Bauma:

The LS.RH – an auto self-leveling, horizontal rotary laser level. The LS.RH is designed for general construction sites or where a horizontal plane is required.

The LS.RHV – an auto self-leveling, horizontal / vertical rotary laser level. The LS.RHV is designed for general construction sites, suspended ceiling installation and where a horizontal / vertical plane is required.

The LS.RHVG – a green beam, auto self-leveling, horizontal / vertical rotary laser level. The LS.RHVG is designed to suit suspended ceiling installation and where a horizontal / vertical plane is required. MCE Lasers’ green beam lasers offer four times the visibility of a traditional red beam laser.

All lasers in the ROTEC range include full automatic self-leveling with manual grade mode. Each laser can be tailored for use with a range of MCE Lasers accessories, including the new millimetre receiver, which provides easy measurement of level differences between the laser beams hitting point and reference marking notch. This new receiver is reliable, robust and absolutely waterproof.

Other new MCE Lasers innovations to be displayed at Bauma 2010 include a new pipelaser series, continuing MCE’s tradition of superior precision and accuracy, and the world’s first Mini Tilt Compensated Machine Receiver.

Dual Control Panel Going From Strength To Strength

MCE LASER, Australia’s only laser manufacture is once again going strength to strength with the release of their latest CB.DUO2 Dual receiving system. The new system utilizes two Machine control receivers interfaced together with the CB.DUO2 control box. The control box enables plug-ins from a suite of MCE machine control sensors with out the need for any upgrade, allowing the customer to connect either a blade sensor, inclinometer sensor, tracer sensor or laserguide receiver to the main control box. The CB.DUO2 is hard wired to the machines hydraulics allowing full automatic blade control.

MCE Laser state Manager Daniel Ramondetta says “ After talking with many Grader operators we found their was a need to design a system that can be tailored to suit the needs of the industry. Some operators only had a need for a single tracer system with blade grader interfaced together and then their were others that needed a standard dual receiving system with the option to add to later”.

MCE Laser also have a variety of stand-alone receivers, single receiver display and control boxes. The stand alone receiver known as the LASERGUIDE can be set-up on almost any earthmoving machine to automatically control the blade height or to be used for a visual aid.

New rotating laser a winner on construction sites

MCE lasers has unveiled its latest rotating laser to the construction industry, the LAS.203 rotating laser is compact, robust and packed full of features. This new laser level is fully automatic and self-levels both horizontally and vertically making it ideal for all building applications, whether its interior or exterior work.

The LAS.203 laser level is truly a laser designed to suit the needs of the construction industry. Standard features include: Quick and accurate self leveling system, Auto/manual mode, adjustable rotating head speed, scan feature, horizontal or vertical set-up, dual plumb beams, user selected Hi Alert function and rechargeable batteries.

Unlike many lasers the LAS.203 is so easy to use, its quick reference keypad allows the user to perform functions with out constantly checking the user manual. The unit also goes to its standard default mode when switched on, thus giving you a perfect level without any confusion every time.

The unit is water and dust resistant and has a light house protecting the rotating head against knocks and drops, it also has a high impact housing making it “Site Proof”. With its high-powered laser output the laser can be used indoor up to 30 meters and when teamed up with a laser receiver a distance of 600 meters diameter can be achieved.

The laser is backed with a full warranty period and has a range of standard and optional accessories to suit all job requirements. Ask your Rep for a demo today.

Introducing two must have building tools

For all builders, plasterers and handymen who want inexpensive, quick and precise products to keep their work on line and on time, we recommend the LAS.5VH and the LAS.603H.

The LAS.5VH is a self-levelling unit that stays true regardless of job-site conditions, including temperature change, vibration and impact. The LAS.5VH self-levels on uneven surfaces of up to 10 degrees. This unit throws out 5 beams, all 90 degrees apart, allowing quick and easy set-ups.

The LAS.603H is a cross line laser, with a self-levelling range of up to 5 degrees.  The unit can produce horizontal and vertical lines together or separately, plumb up and down beams and features a built-in out of levelling range alarm device. This unit can also work with a detector (R.LAS603) giving it a range of up to 50 meters for superior flexibility.

Dig to your desired grade the first time, every time.

The strong and compact R.45.BM receiver allows the operator to dig to grade first time, every time. Fully Australian made and designed the R.45.BM is designed to be magnetically attached to any bobcat or small excavation machinery. The unit comes with the added guarantee that it will work with any rotating laser on the market, with a 220° reception range and highly visible LED’s for visual indication. You can be sure the R.45.BM will be ready to handle your next job.

The R.45.BM receiver can be used with most kinds of excavation machinery and makes digging to grade a one-man operation. No more re-work, no more grade-checks, no more stopping to make adjustments. In fact the only thing you need to stop for.....is a coffee.
